In November of 2021 our three founders started Victory with a mission to decarbonize the automotive, marine and aerospace industries without compromising power, range and of course fun. A skunk-works space was set up in a repurposed vintage automobile factory, with a self-developed motor and drive system test bench.
Today, we are producing a high-performance, integrated drive system that includes the electric motor, battery module, and control software all seamlessly working together. We are a group of EV gear-heads who are passionately designing and manufacturing a powertrain that strives to be the world's toughest, most durable, sustainable and ethically sourced in the industry.
Our founders have a proven record of being able to innovate and manufacture durable reliable electronics from Saint John, New Brunswick and ship all over the world. In former positions, we have worked in powertrain development in Germany, developed automotive AI, immersion cooled battery modules, embedded, analog and power electronics, as well as multiphysics simulation.
We strive to use our expertise to design and manufacture all of our components from right here in Saint John, New Brunswick. We chose Saint John because it has a dedicated skilled labour force, significant port and rail access, and an attractive lifestyle for recruiting the very best.
