Warranty & RMA
Victory's 4-year limited warranty and the required return authorization process.
4-Year Limited Warranty
Extended to the original purchaser. If a Victory product proves defective by improper workmanship or material within the warranty period, Victory will repair or, at its option, replace it without charge for parts and labour (new or factory-reconditioned).
Not Covered
Damage from accident, misuse, improper installation, fire, lightning, environmental events, unauthorized modification or repair, or use with components not supplied or approved by Victory. Warranty period: 4 years from original date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.
